How to have a shared reel, and everything derived from it, removed.
How to request deletion
Email zenjivz@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion. Include either:
- the link to the reel you shared, or
- the Instagram handle you shared from, to remove everything associated with it.
Requests are actioned within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- the stored record of the reel, including its caption, transcript, and extracted on-screen text
- generated labels, product names, place names, and summaries
- extracted video frames held in storage
- the queue entry and delivery log for that share
Deleting everything yourself
The operator can remove all stored data at any time by deleting the Supabase project and the local vault directory. No copies are held anywhere else, and no data is shared with third parties beyond the processors named in the privacy policy.
