I’ll send you some of my fave YouTube vids and guides on this if you comment the word “context”. This is my very nontechnical take into this at least lol. #ai #promptengineering #startup #prompting

We all waste a year on Prompt Engineer. Please go watch all these videos right now, to after you're done watching these videos. Take a trip down memory lane and look up the word Prompt Template. Remember when we used to hoard the whore world class expert as a senior engineer? Oh, spoilers. Doesn't really do anything. Modern Prompt Engineering is valuable, but it's kind of just context engineering. It's making sure one message has enough context, but not too much. Context engineering is like that on steroids. And there's hardest engineering, which is a lot of shit that I don't understand most of it. I genuinely used to believe in this like, incantation model of Prompt Engineer. Give the model your magic phrases. The way I talk to AI is a lot simpler now. How can I give it enough context, but not too much? I don't want to flood it with context because then it gets a little silly. And the rest I'm just gonna leave to the harness engineers to do what they do best. I asked not technical enough for that shit, so I guess we'll figure this shit out together, dude. Follow along.
