skincare but with science. I don't use toners, I don't use fancy lotions or serams, I use two pharmacologically active ingredients. I usually go to the pharmacy for my active ingredients because most of them are quite gimmicky. I use acylic acid in the morning before my SPF anti-commitogenic anti-bacterial inflammatory properties. Most importantly, I have some hyperpimentation from sun damage because I use to not use sunscreen, I have freckles and sunspots. Acetylic acid is a really good inhibitor of tyrosinase activity which lowers hyperpimentation. And I pair it with retinoine, the lowest concentration you can find in pharmacy which is 0.025%, it helps to normalize the curatinization of your skin basically, preventing buildup of dead skin cells which causes like comedones, closed comedones, open comedones, acne, good for long-term effects on anti-aging as well. But remember only use of night and you have to wear sunscreen during the day.
