Did you know that if you had ice to glass, we're in three ounces of the milk of choice. And then in a separate glass, mix a shot of espresso, butter, maple syrup and a pinch of salt, which you froth together until the butter is dissolved and then put on top of your ice mold. You get one of the most delicious iced coffee drinks, which is called the salty Canadian.
