A 3D-printed wall shelf prototype designed to hold a Hario V60 dripper and its filter papers, shaped like a clam shell.
Introducing Shell(f), a wall shelf built around my Hario coffee setup, holding both V60 filter papers and the dripper itself.
I’ve always thought the folded filters kinda looked like large clam shells, so I followed that thought through to designing and printing this prototype.
Been having a lot of fun making small improvements to the daily rituals that keep me balanced, making coffee is one of them. Testing different ideas in my morning routine and I’m pretty happy with how this one works.
Will share more prototypes and thinking in another post.
